I can’t find enough to say on a first date and even dates period because I’m inexperienced, yet an older woman. Does it mean that the guy & I aren’t meant to be if there are already uncomfortable and comfortable silences on the first few dates and even always? Thanks.

I like a guy and will be going on a first date soon. How far is just right? If there is chemistry is kissing and holding hands okay? We are going to a fair. I like him a lot so if things work out I would like this to lead to a long term relationship and not just hooking up.

Im taking this girl out tonight, and its a first date its not really a big deal. Im perfectly fine talking and being around girls during the date, but at the end when you drop her off Im not as sure. The “I’ll walk you to the door” thing just feels like you’re pressuring her to kiss you or something and I dont want that. But If I just want to give her a hug or something, how do I do that without making her think things are going to happen really quickly and such?

I’m going on a first date with a guy I met last weekend, we were both in a wedding for our friends. We were supposed to just get ice cream and hang out, but now apparently the place we were going to go is closed and there is no other ice cream place because it’s a small town. What could we do that wouldn’t make our first date awkward? Does a walk in town seem too lame?

Say to like a coffee or ice cream shop. It’s maybe a 10 minute walk out there, 20 minute conversation inside, and another 10 minutes back.
