What is your take on internet dating?
I find it all right, i believe that if you can fully trust someone over the internet then good for you, I’d just like to know what other think about internet dating and then making it become “Real life dating” such as meeting each other in person or moving in with each other and even getting married. Thanks ^_^!

Love it. Met some very prominant people dating over the years but I met my husband and we have been married for 7 years now.
Highly recommend it to everyone I know who is single.

i think it works for a lot of people if they are willing to give it a try. I met my husband online and we have been together 2 1/2 years and just got married 3 weeks ago so good luck!

It is possible, but it’s very difficult and it imposes a lot more risks and implies more trust issues onto the relationship. I knew a couple that met over a game in their junior year in high school and then both picked the same college so they could be together and it worked out very nicely. My parents were initially in a long distance relationship over the phone a year before they met (lived on different sides of the world) they’re still together 20 years later. But, for most people i wouldn’t blame for being 100% against it it’s not safe, many risks with it, and it’s just tough overall.

Met my current girlfriend on myspace over 2 years ago. We’re getting married next august. It’s great as long as you play it safe.

In my mind, online dating would be a last ditch effort if I really wanted to get pregnant or something when I’m getting up there in years and stuff. But other wise, sign off the computer and get out and be social.
