If shes talking and making all sorts of cute giggles and laughs then shes flirting with you. Even if shes not then she still may be flirting with you. But some girls dont like to flirt and just become friends by talking like normal people and are not flirty just friendly.

my boyfriend… ex boyfriend (he broke up with me for this reason)
always told me that i was flirting with guys, and i wasnt. i loved him, and i didnt have an interest in anyone else. but for some reason, guys fell for me because i have a flirtatious personality. so now, every guy i talk to, by the third time i talk to them in person, i straight up tell them “i am not flirting with you, i dont like you, my heart is taken, this is just my personality, if i ever do like you, i will straight up tell you, but i probably wont like you any more than a friend.”
so i learned to just tell guys i wasnt flirting.
so you should just ask girls.. in a joking way… “hey, are you flirting with me? lol”
or ask serious just say, hey , i dont want to get the wrong impression, but i kind of feel like your flirting with me, are you? or is it just wishful thinking?”
make sure you dont make it so serious when you ask, but make sure she knows your serious…
if that makes since. lol

wen a girl flirts, she stares at u and looks away wen u look at her..and always wants to talk to you or joke just to get your attention…you should try talking to other girls…and see her expression.If she see’s it and ignores you or gets angry, then she’s jealous but if she see’s you and smiles or act normal, then…………M SORRY!!!!
