Write How You Feel About Your ExWife In A Letter
Once the divorce is final & you believe there is no good reason you’ll have to talk or see her again.
Write Her A Letter!
Then Throw It The Hell Away!
That’s right put everything you felt for her on a piece of paper; the good, the bad, & the ugly.
Let it all out in a raw & unfiltered way, free to say what you want without having to think how she is going to react to whatever it’s you have written.
Then once you have it all down on paper & freed from your mind take a deep breath & throw it the hell away.
Even though, when you do this it might seem silly & rather pointless.
What it does is allows your mind to release all of the feelings & emotions that you have for your ex-wife.
As well as see a better alternative as to where to actually put all of those feelings & emotions you have had for her.
Now, when you do this you might not begin to notice your feelings changing right away.
As your mind can only know what to do with those feelings & emotions once they come up again.
However, as time passes & your mind has already begun to put your feelings & emotions for her in the exact same place as you put that paper.
You will find yourself now & in the future being with the type of women you always wanted.
Of course as you’re reading this & now know what to do with those feelings & emotions you have had for your ex-wife your mind has already begun the process.
Now, whether you select to write them down will simply determine how rapidly you can throw away your emotions & feelings for your ex-wife.
