It depends on the people. In some cases it works wonders, but in other cases it doesn’t work at all. In order for it to work, both people have to be open to it and willing to allow it to work (if someone is going for no reason other than to get their spouse off their back, chances are it’s not going to make a bit of difference)

I have never tried or done this but i am sure if they are licensed to do so I dont see why this would not be legal….. Most online counseling sites offer help through email and phone lines as well!
Also some people or couples are embarrassed to go to someone in person and would rather go online.

There should be multiple counselors under your insurance. Go to the ones with the insurance, IMO

I think that if you both really want it to work, then counseling may help. If either of you already have the “I’m done” mentality, then it probably won’t. All you can do is try. Good luck with everything:)
